Why is it Required?
For all Events we decorate, we require a Debit or Credit card on file as a Security Holding deposit. This is a cover against the unlikely event of missing or damaged items we have provided. We are unable to decorate an event unless we have a card on file. Please call our office on 01424 870084 for more information or to give your Holding card details.
Damaged or Loss of Goods
Should any items be missing or damaged we will take the cost of replacing the goods from the credit/debit card held. These prices can be found on our terms and conditions. Credit cards are charged an additional 2%. Your details will be deleted after the goods hired have been collected and have been checked. If we do need to charge your credit/debit card we will send your receipt along with a description of the goods that were missing/damaged. If you are able to send any missing items back we will be happy to refund you for them.
Your details will be deleted from file as soon as the items are returned complete and undamaged or after payment has been taken.
