We decorate weddings and events throughout East Sussex and West Sussex, including Battle, Hastings, Bexhill, Rye, Eastbourne, Heathfield, Uckfield, Lewes, Brighton, Crawley and Horsham. In Kent we cover Tunbridge Wells, Tonbridge, Sevenoaks, Westerham, Maidstone, Tenterden and Ashford. We also cover Surrey and selected areas of South and South East London. If your venue isn't listed, ask us and we'll confirm.

What areas does Bows Hire cover? We cover East and West Sussex, Kent, Surrey and selected areas of London from our base near Battle, East Sussex.
How much does chair cover hire cost? Chair covers start from £3.20 each, excluding VAT and delivery. Our winter offer: Chiavari chairs are £3 + VAT each for events from October 2026 to April 2027. Exact prices depend on quantity and venue.
How do I secure my date? Complete our online booking form and pay a £150 non-refundable booking fee. Full payment is due 4 weeks before your event.
