BOOKING BOWS HIRE
BOOKING FORM INFORMATION

Thank you for selecting Bows Hire to decorate your Venue. We require a completed booking form to formally request to use our services. If you have any questions at all please do not hesitate to contact us.

Please note: All bookings are subject to accepting our Terms and Conditions of hire which can be found here.
BOOKING FEE AND PAYMENT INFORMATION

A non-refundable Booking Fee of £201.00 (which includes a £1.00 Service Fee) is required to secure your date and your booking. If your Wedding/Event date is less than 4 weeks away then we may require full payment.
With regards to Invoicing, we will issue an Invoice of what we currently have with you around 8 weeks prior to your Wedding/Event Date. Final details and Full Payment is due 4 Weeks prior.
Important: Only complete this form if you have confirmation by Bows Hire that your chosen date of hire is available. Please contact us if you have any questions.
ONLINE BOOKING FORM
To Book our Services, we have created an online booking form which will take you through the process of the details of your Event as well as all your contact details. Once we have received and processed your completed booking form and non-refundable Booking Fee, you will receive an email of confirmation with your booking details attached. Please note; It can take up to 2 days to process your Booking but if you have any questions at all please do call the office on 01424 870084.
