From a team dinner to a large awards night, Bows Hire dresses the room around your venue and your brand. We can add ceiling and wall drapery, fairy and festoon lighting, Chiavari chairs, chair covers and sashes, and table centrepieces. We work across East Sussex, West Sussex, Kent, Surrey and London. Our winter offer: Chiavari chairs are £3 + VAT each to hire for events from October 2026 to April 2027, with delivery and collection extra. Themed dressing
Every company has its own look. We can dress the room to match your brand colours, your event theme or the season, from black and gold awards nights to winter white galas. Pick the fabrics, lighting and table styling that suit the evening and we will bring it together at your venue, set up before your guests arrive and collect it afterwards.

What areas do you cover? We cover East Sussex, West Sussex and Kent, plus Surrey and selected areas of South and South East London.
Do you work with venues and event planners? Yes. We work alongside your venue and planner, so talk to us early about access and timings.

Do you also decorate Christmas parties and winter weddings? Yes. The winter offer covers corporate events, Christmas parties and winter weddings.
How we work with office managers and event planners
Tell us the date, venue and any brand colours, and we will come back to you with ideas. We work alongside your venue and event planner on access, set-up times and collection, so the room is ready when your guests arrive. We dress venues anywhere in the South East, including London. Past venues include Salomons Estate, South Lodge and Bannatyne's Hotel, but that is only a small part of where we work.
