Booking Our Services

Thank you for selecting Bows Hire to decorate your Venue. We require a completed booking form to formally request to use our services. If you have any questions at all please do not hesitate to contact us.

You have two options to complete our booking form:

Option 1 - Manual Booking Form & Send Via Post

If you would prefer a printed booking form and send it via post with the deposit paid by cheque then please click here to download our PDF version. We will send you confirmation of your booking via post once we have received your completed booking and paid deposit.

Option 2 - Online Booking Form

For those who prefer to complete our booking form online, please complete the form below. You will receive a letter of confirmation through the post as well as your receipt.

Once you have completed this page you will be taken to Step 2 where we require a £100.00 deposit to secure your day.

Booking Deposit Payment
Once you confirm your booking below, you will be directed to our secure booking deposit page to enter your credit/debit card details. A transaction of £100.00 will be taken to secure your booking. Please note: If you are paying your deposit using a credit card a 2% additional transaction fee will be applied.
